Public Presentation of the "Principles of European Tort Law"

Presentation at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law

The "Principles of European Tort Law" have been presented in a public conference on November 23, 2005, organised by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL). Two members of the Group --Professor Jaap Spier, Advocate-General in the Supreme Court of the Netherlands (founder of the EGTL) and Prof. Bernhard A. Presentation at the Spanish Association of Tort and Insurance Lawyers
 

Professor Miquel Martín-Casals, the Spanish member of the European Group on Tort Law, was invited to do a presentation of the "Principles of European Tort Law" at the 5th Annual Conference of the Spanish Association of Tort and Insurance Lawyers (Asociación Española de Abogados Especializados en Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro), which took place in Pamplona, Spain, in November the 17-19, 2005.
